1. Install the Chrome extension
Install SBC Pilot from the Chrome Web Store, then open the FC Ultimate Team Web App in Chrome. SBC Pilot is designed to operate only on the supported FC Web App host.
2. Open the SBC you want to solve
Navigate to Squad Building Challenges and open an active challenge. SBC Pilot reads supported requirement data from the current challenge so the solver can work from the rules that are actually active.
3. Choose your owned-player source
Select the source mode that fits your goal: Club Only, SBC Storage Only, Best Club + Storage, or Prefer Storage. Your manually blocked players remain excluded regardless of source mode.
4. Protect cards you do not want used
Use Blocked Players for cards you want completely excluded. SBC Pilot also protects the active squad and provides value-protection options intended to avoid high-value or special cards when possible.
5. Run Solve SBC
The solver first searches eligible owned cards. For chemistry challenges it can use position-aware and bounded chemistry searches while keeping manually blocked cards out of the candidate pool.
6. If there is no owned solution, open Market Scout
Market Scout searches live buyable cards that may repair the challenge. The purchase-minimizing flow tests smaller repair tiers before a full rebuild fallback.
7. Review a verified Auto Buy plan
If Scout finds a chemistry-verified plan, SBC Pilot shows the exact purchase count and maximum total coin cost before guarded Auto Buy can run. If there is no verified plan, automatic buying remains locked.
8. Review the finished squad and submit manually
The final Exchange / Submit button is always left to you. Check the squad yourself before completing the challenge.
Troubleshooting
If a supported challenge behaves unexpectedly, use SBC Pilot's Copy Debug / diagnostic report and include it with a bug report. The report is generated for troubleshooting and is only shared when you choose to copy or send it.
